SRPF Account and Data Deletion
Effective date: 3 June 2026
SRPF users may request deletion of their SRPF app account data by contacting us at support@trevoca.ltd. Please include the email address associated with your SRPF or Shopify Customer Account so we can identify the correct account.
What We Delete
When we process a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify SRPF app data associated with your account, including assessment submissions, workshop feedback, workshop notes and responses, journey notes, content progress, notification records where applicable, and other SRPF app records linked to your customer account.
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons.
How To Request Deletion
- Email support@trevoca.ltd with the subject line "SRPF account deletion request".
- Include the email address used for your SRPF or Shopify Customer Account.
- We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before deleting account data.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after we verify the request. If we need more time because of technical, legal, or security reasons, we will let you know.
Local Device Data
Logging out of the SRPF app clears user-specific local app data from that device, including authentication tokens, cached preferences, and local progress keys. Uninstalling the app may also remove locally stored app data from the device.
