SRPF Privacy Policy

SRPF is operated by Trevoca Pte Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how SRPF collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the SRPF mobile app and related SRPF services.

Information We Collect

We collect account information when you sign in through Shopify Customer Account, including your customer ID, email address, and, when available, your first and last name. We store authentication tokens securely on your device so that you can stay signed in.

We collect information you choose to submit through SRPF features, including values assessment answers and scores, workshop feedback, workshop discovery responses, workshop notes, journey highlight notes, and content completion progress. Some assessment questions relate to physical habits such as movement, rest, and food choices, and financial habits such as earning, saving, spending, and giving.

We store some app preferences and progress locally on your device, including reading position, audiobook playback position, font size, notification preferences, notification permission status, and content cache timestamps.

If you enable notifications, the app may store your notification preferences and may request a push notification token. Notifications are used for reading reminders, journey nudges, assessment retake reminders, and content updates.

The app may display embedded media from YouTube or Vimeo. Those providers may process information according to their own privacy policies when their players are loaded or used.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate your account, check access to SRPF content, provide reading, listening, assessment, journey, and workshop features, save your progress, sync your notes and responses, deliver reminders and notifications, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers and platforms to operate the app, including Shopify Customer Account services, SRPF backend services hosted at media.thebiglittlebookofvalues.com, Expo notification services where applicable, and embedded media providers such as YouTube and Vimeo. These services process information only as needed to provide app functionality, support, security, media playback, or legal compliance.

Data Storage, Retention, And Deletion

Some information is stored locally on your device and is cleared when you log out, including user-specific app state such as tokens, cached preferences, and local progress keys. Some information is stored on backend systems so your progress, assessment history, feedback, notes, and responses can be available across sessions and devices.

We will delete or de-identify information associated with your account unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business reasons.

Security

We use HTTPS for data transmitted between the app and backend services, and we use secure local storage for authentication tokens and sensitive user-specific app state. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we process.

Children

SRPF is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
